இப்பகுதியில் தமிழ்க்கல்வி அரிச்சுவடி முதல் ஆராய்ச்சிவரை உலகத் தமிழ்க் கல்விக் கழகத்தினால் வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட கல்வித் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் சிறப்புப்பாடப் பயிற்சிகள் பலவும் இடம் பெறுகின்றன.

சான்றிதழ்க் கல்வி ஒரு தொடக்க நிலைக் கல்வி. இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் மலேசிய பள்ளிகளில் முதல் வகுப்பு முதல் ஆறாம் வகுப்பு வரை கற்பிக்கப்படும் தமிழ் மொழிப் பாடத்திறன்கள் அடிப்படைநிலை, இடைநிலை, மேல்நிலை என்ற மூன்று நிலைகளில் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. இவற்றுடன் மழலைப்பாடல்கள், அறநெறிக்கதைகள் போன்றவையும் இடம்பெறுகின்றன.

Certificate course is a program for Beginners to learn Tamil from alphabets. In this course, the language skill in Malaysia taught up to 6th standard in schools is offered under three levels, namely, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels. A Primary Program with Rhymes and Moral stories is also included.

அடிப்படை நிலையில் தமிழ் எழுத்துகள் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன. எழுத்துகளின் ஒலி, வரி வடிவங்களை எளிதில் படித்து, எழுதிப்பழகும் வகையில் பயிற்சிகளுடன் பாடங்கள் தரப்பட்டுள்ளன. இப்பாடப்பகுதியில் 14 பாடங்கள் உள்ளன. அவை எளிய வரிவடிவம் கொண்ட எழுத்துகளில் தொடங்கி, கடின வரிவடிவம் கொண்ட எழுத்துகளில் முடியுமாறு அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. ஒத்த வடிவம் கொண்ட எழுத்துகள் தொகுதிகளாக ஆக்கப்பெற்று ஒவ்வொரு தொகுதியும் ஒரு பாடமாகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 13-வது பாடத்தில் தமிழ் எழுத்துகளின் அகரவரிசை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படுகின்றது.

At the Basic level, all the alphabets of Tamil are introduced. The lessons are written in such a manner that one can learn to read and write the Tamil alphabets with the help of multimedia contents. Exercises are given for self – evaluation. There are 14 lessons. These lessons start with simple letters and end with the complicated ones, grouping letters of similar shape in a lesson. 13th lesson introduces the natural order of the Tamil alphabets.

இடைநிலைப் பாடங்கள் பயில்வோர், கேட்டல், பேசுதல், படித்தல், எழுதுதல், உரையாடுதல், இலக்கணக் கூறுகளை அறிதல் போன்ற மொழித்திறன்களைப் பெறுகின்ற வகையில் 20 பாடங்களாக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

At the Intermediate level, 20 lessons are given to learn Tamil by hearing, reading, writing and conversation. Exercises for learning Tamil grammar are given in each lesson

மேல்நிலையில் பயில்வோர், அறிவியல் கட்டுரை, கலந்துரையாடல், வருணனை, கவிதைகள், செய்தி வெளியிடல், சிறுகதை, இலக்கியக்கட்டுரை, நாடகம் போன்ற இலக்கிய வகைமைகள் வழியாக மொழித்திறன்களைப் பெறும் வகையில் 18 பாடங்களாக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இலக்கணக் கூறுகளும் பாடங்களின் இறுதியில் வழங்கப் பட்டுள்ளன.

At the Advanced level, higher level skills like writing science articles, conversation, description, composing poems, News reading, story telling, Literal works, drama etc. are given through 18 lessons

உலகத் தமிழ்க் கல்விக் கழகத்தில், உயர் கல்வித் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், தமிழ் மொழி, பண்பாடு, இலக்கியம், வரலாறு, கலை, ஆகியவை பற்றிய பாடங்கள் அறிமுக நிலை முதல் ஆய்வு நிலை வரை பல்வேறு நிலைகளில் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. இவற்றைத் தமிழியல் பட்டயம், தமிழியல் மேற்பட்டயம், இளநிலை (தமிழியல்), முதுநிலை தமிழியல் ஆய்வு என்ற பெயர்களில் வழங்கத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The Higher Level Programs of Ulaga Tamil Academy include courses on Tamil Language, Culture, Literature, history, art etc. from an introductory level to a higher level. The scheduled courses are Diploma, Higher Diploma, Graduate and Post Graduate program in Tamil and Research programs that lead to Ph.D.

பட்டயமும், மேற்பட்டயமும், இளநிலைத் (தமிழியல்) திட்டத்தில் அடங்கியவை. இளநிலை (தமிழியல்) மூன்று பகுதிகளைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
பகுதி – 1 தாய்மொழிப் பாடங்களைக் கொண்டது.
பகுதி – 2, பிறமொழிப் பாடங்களைக் கொண்டது. ஏற்கப்பட்ட பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் ஏதோவொரு துறையில் பட்டம் பெற்றுள்ள மாணவர்களுக்கு இவ்விரண்டு பகுதிகளுக்கும், விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படும். கல்லூரி அளவில், பட்ட நிலையில் வழங்கப்படும் மொழிப் பாடங்களில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருந்தாலும் விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படும். இவ்விரண்டும் இல்லாதவர்கள் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பாடங்களில், த.இ.க. வழியாகத் தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டும்.
இப்பகுதிகள் ஒவ்வொன்றுக்கும், 16 மதிப்பிலக்குகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.
பகுதி – 3 தமிழியல் பாடங்களைக் கொண்டது. இதில் 16 தாள்கள் வெவ்வேறு தமிழ்ப் புலங்களில் உள்ளன. ஒவ்வொரு தாளும் நான்கு தொகுதிகளைக் கொண்டது. ஒவ்வொரு தொகுதியும் ஆறு பாடங்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. ஒவ்வொரு தாளுக்கும் நான்கு மதிப்பிலக்குகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. (அதாவது 1 தொகுதி –> 1 மதிப்பிலக்கு).
இந்தப் பாடங்களைப் பயின்று 16 மதிப்பிலக்குகள் பெறுவோர் பட்டயம் பெறுவர்; 40 மதிப்பிலக்குகள் பெறுவோர் மேற்பட்டயம் பெறுவர்.
16 தாள்களையும் பயின்று 64 மதிப்பிலக்குகள் பெறுவோர் இளநிலைப் (தமிழியல்) படிப்பின் பகுதி – 3க்குத் தகுதி பெறுவர்.

The Bachelor’s Program in Tamilology includes the Diploma and Higher Diploma courses within itself.
Parts 1 and 2 include papers on mother tongue and on any foreign language with respect to the student. If a student has passed any degree from any of the recognized Universities in the world, he/she will be exempted from parts 1 and 2. Also, if a student, not possessing a degree, passes examinations in his mother tongue and in a foreign language at the degree level from any recognized College or University, he/she will be exempted from these two parts. Those who are not covered under any of the cases referred above, have an option to undergo the papers under parts 1 and 2 offered by TVA, Parts 1 and 2 are assigned 16 credits each.
Part – 3 offers 16 papers on Tamil language, culture, literature, history, art, etc. Each paper contains four blocks of lessons and each block contains six lessons. Each paper is assigned four credits (i.e. 1 Block -> 1 credit). One who obtains 16 credits will be awarded a Diploma in Tamil; A Higher Diploma in Tamil is awarded when 40 credits are earned. To qualify in part 3 of the Degree Program, one has to earn 64 credits by completing all the 16 papers.
